NdCare and The Neuro Inclusion Project are building neuro-affirming systems across clinical care, digital health, research, education, and workplace design.
We are hiring senior leaders, practitioners, and advisors to support system safety, clinical integrity, evidence generation, and ethical scale across both initiatives.
These roles are for people who think in systems, nervous-system safety, and long-term impact... not performative productivity.

Ensure clean governance, statutory compliance, and structural clarity.
Operations & Compliance Manager
- Governance, data protection, contracts, risk registers
Translate ambition into compliant, auditable, NHS-ready operations.
Clinical, Care & Safeguarding
Clinical Director (Governance & Safety)
- Clinical oversight, safeguarding, NHS credibility
Hold clinical risk, governance frameworks, and external trust across services and partnerships.
Lead Therapist / Clinical Programme Lead
- NdCare Align fidelity, training, supervision
Protect therapeutic integrity across delivery, training, and supervision.
Care Navigator / Triage Lead
- First-contact safety, pathway guidance, human continuity
Design emotionally safe entry points into care pathways.
Clinical Safeguarding & Ethics Advisor (Named Role)
- Ethical oversight, escalation, external credibility
Provide independent safeguarding and ethical governance oversight.
Product, Design & Research
Head of Product (Digital Health)
- Product vision, roadmap, clinical–UX translation
Bridge clinical reality, user experience, and technical delivery in regulated environments.
ND-Informed UX / UI Designer
- Sensory safety, cognitive load reduction, humane design
Design calm, legible, neuro-affirming digital environments.
Head of Research & Evidence
- Validation, outcomes, white papers, commissioner readiness
Lead evidence strategy, evaluation design, and NHS/commissioner-facing outputs.
Narrative, Finance & Legal
Head of Narrative & Content
- Thought leadership, coherence, founder voice protection
Maintain conceptual clarity and narrative integrity across platforms and partnerships.
Finance / Cap Table Advisor (Fractional CFO-Type)
- Equity modelling, dilution planning, investor readiness
Support funding strategy, modelling, and long-term capital decisions.
Legal Advisor (Equity / Health / IP)
- Equity agreements, EMI readiness, liability protection
Advise on equity structure, health-sector risk, and IP protection.
