Is this an application?
Not exactly. It’s a way to register interest so we can reach out when there’s a strong match.
Do you only hire in the UK?
We’re UK-centric (especially NHS work), but we collaborate internationally depending on the role and compliance requirements... so no we look at the person first, not the location.
Can I join if I’m early-career?
Yes... if you can show your thinking, your values, and your craft. Portfolios and project examples matter more than prestige.
