Parent / Partner Support
Let’s talk about how to support the person you love... without blame or shame.
This call is a gentle, ND-affirming space for parents, partners and family members who want to understand ADHD, AuDHD and emotional dysregulation — and learn how to support without burning out.
What is a Parent / Partner Support Call?
This is a 1:1 (or 1:2) video or audio call with an NdCare practitioner where you can:
- talk openly about what’s been happening at home or in your relationship
- understand ADHD/AuDHD and emotional dysregulation through a nervous-system lens
- get practical, compassionate strategies for difficult moments
- ask questions you’ve never felt able to ask
- leave with more clarity, less guilt, and a plan that feels realistic
You don’t need a diagnosis.
You don’t need perfect language.
You don’t need to get it “right”.
You just need to be here.
What We Can Help With
- shutdowns, overwhelm, “big reactions”
- conflict cycles you can’t seem to escape
- feeling like you’re “walking on eggshells”
- sensory overload at home
- supporting a late-diagnosed partner or child
- understanding RSD (rejection sensitivity)
- balancing your needs with theirs
- feeling stuck between caring and burning out
