What is a Parent / Partner Support Session?

A 60-minute session with an NdCare practitioner designed specifically for partners, parents, or family members.

We help you:

  • understand ADHD/AuDHD and emotional dysregulation
  • reduce conflict and tension
  • support shutdowns, overwhelm and “big feelings”
  • communicate without escalating
  • separate your needs from theirs
  • stop feeling like “everything is your fault”
  • understand RSD, sensory overload and nervous-system crashes
  • rebuild connection without walking on eggshells
