What is a Parent / Partner Support Session?
A 60-minute session with an NdCare practitioner designed specifically for partners, parents, or family members.
We help you:
- understand ADHD/AuDHD and emotional dysregulation
- reduce conflict and tension
- support shutdowns, overwhelm and “big feelings”
- communicate without escalating
- separate your needs from theirs
- stop feeling like “everything is your fault”
- understand RSD, sensory overload and nervous-system crashes
