What is a Regulation Support Session

It’s a 45-minute ND-friendly grounding session designed to help you stabilise your emotional state and understand what’s happening inside your nervous system.

This is NOT therapy.
This is NOT crisis management.
This is specialised nervous system support for ND people who feel:

  • overwhelmed
  • dysregulated
  • flooded with emotion
  • frozen or shut down
  • confused by sudden state changes
  • overloaded by sensory or emotional input
  • unable to “pull themselves back”

You do not need a diagnosis.
You do not need to explain everything.
You do not need to be calm when you arrive.

We meet you in the middle of the storm, gently.

We guide you through gentle, ND-safe grounding and regulation tools tailored to your current state.

3. Reduce Internal Pressure

We help you de-escalate emotional demand, release shame, and reduce cognitive load.

4. Build a Short Emotional Safety Plan

Not a big plan. Just what your nervous system needs today.

5. Leave with Tools That Actually Work

What this session is not

To keep expectations safe and ethical:
