Speak to an Advocate...

If you feel unheard, overwhelmed or alone in a system... you don’t have to face it by yourself.

Our ND-aware advocates support you with clarity, confidence and calm during meetings, assessments, workplace issues, school conversations, SEN processes, complaints, or any situation where you don’t feel safe or understood.

What does an Advocate do?

An NdCare advocate stands with you... not above you, not instead of you, not in front of you.

We help you:

  • understand your rights
  • express your needs clearly
  • avoid shutdown or overwhelm in meetings
  • stay grounded and regulated
  • challenge unfair treatment safely
  • access adjustments and accommodations
  • navigate complex systems without burning out
  • translate ND needs into language that others understand
  • avoid being dismissed, minimised or misinterpreted

An advocate is your ally, your translator, and your emotional anchor.

When to speak to an Advocate

People come to us when they feel:

  • ignored in workplace conversations
  • overwhelmed at school meetings (SENCO, EHCP, behaviour issues)
  • dismissed by healthcare professionals
  • lost in ADHD/ASD assessment processes
  • confused by documentation or policies
  • unable to communicate clearly during stress
  • misrepresented or misunderstood
  • anxious about confrontations or performance reviews
  • uncertain about their rights

If any of this resonates, advocacy can make a huge difference.
