Who We Are

Our Mission, Our Vision!

At The Neuro Inclusion Project, we believe in the power of understanding and acceptance to transform lives. Our work focuses on fostering a culture that celebrates neurodiversity and champions the unique strengths that each individual brings to society.

Our mission is to empower lives through understanding, acceptance, and innovation. We work hard to create a world where neurodivergent individuals can truly thrive and shine!

Championing neurodivergent brilliance.  Designing a world where every brain belongs.

We believe that neurodivergent individuals are not broken, disordered, or in need of fixing. They are wired differently—and that wiring holds immense power, insight, creativity, and resilience.

We exist to create spaces where ADHDers, autistics, and other neurodivergent people can shed the mask, unlearn the shame, and build a life that works with their brain, not against it. Through coaching, education, advocacy, and innovation, we are redefining what it means to support neurodiversity—with integrity, inclusivity, and heart.

Our Mission

To radically transform how neurodivergence is understood, supported, and celebrated. We are here to:

  • Empower neurodivergent adults to thrive with practical, personalized support.
  • Replace stigma with self-trust and survival with sustainability.
  • Educate systems and communities on what true inclusion looks and feels like.
  • Innovate trauma-informed, neuroaffirming tools for mental health and personal growth.

We don’t believe in squeezing people into neurotypical boxes. We believe in building new systems that honor neurodivergent minds.

Our Approach

What sets us apart is the depth of our lens:

We are trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and intersectionally aware. We understand that ADHD is not just a productivity issue—it’s emotional, relational, and existential. It intersects with identity, race, gender, trauma, and how the world has responded to you for years.

We believe support should be:

  • Individualized – Not everyone with ADHD has the same challenges. We tailor support to your unique brain, goals, and values.
  • Shame-free – We meet you with empathy, not judgment. There’s no “failing” here—just learning and growing.
  • Rooted in agency – You’re not a passive recipient of help; you’re an expert in your own experience. We’re here to collaborate, not control.
  • Strengths-based – We help you build on what’s already working, not just “fix what’s broken.”

Our Vision

We dream of a world where:

  • Neurodivergent people are not just included—they are valued, uplifted, and celebrated.
  • Mental health support centers the lived experiences of the people it serves.
  • Employers, educators, and clinicians are trained to understand and support neurodivergence without bias or stigma.
  • Neurodivergent individuals no longer feel like they have to mask to be successful, safe, or loved.

This isn’t just coaching. It’s culture shift.

And you’re invited to be part of it.

Let’s Build Something Brighter Together

Whether you’re looking for personalised ADHD support, tools that actually work, or a partner to help create a more inclusive workplace—we’re here.
