Neal Glendenning
Founder
Hi, I’m Neal Glendenning... founder of The Neuro Inclusion Project & NdCare Group, Neurodiversity advocate, innovator, and passionate believer in creating a world where neurodivergent people aren’t just accommodated, but fully understood, supported, and empowered.
After navigating my own journey with ADHD & Autism, I came to realise that the systems designed to support us often fail to see the full picture... the strengths, the struggles, the creativity, and the chaos. I’ve experienced first-hand how misunderstood neurodivergence can be, especially in adulthood, and how the lack of inclusive environments can lead to shame, burnout, and isolation.
That’s why I created The Neuro Inclusion Project... to help bridge the gap between awareness and action. Through therapy, psychoeducation, corporate training, and community outreach, I aim to challenge outdated narratives, break stigma, and build systems that actually work for neurodivergent minds.
Whether I’m working with individuals, teams, or organisations, my approach is rooted in compassion, evidence, and lived experience. I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
This isn’t just work for me... it’s personal. And it’s my mission to make sure no one else has to feel invisible in a world that wasn’t built with them in mind.
Let’s change that together.
Emma Craven
Neuro Inclusion Advocate
Hi, I’m Emma... a passionate advocate for neuro inclusion and a proud part of The Neuro Inclusion Project.
As a late-diagnosed ADHD woman living with CPTSD, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Depression, and Anxiety, I understand the nuanced, often invisible challenges that come with being neurodivergent and disabled. My personal journey shapes everything I do, fueling my unwavering commitment to creating spaces where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
With over 20 years of experience advocating for vulnerable and marginalised communities, I take a proactive, person-centred approach that goes beyond performative allyship. I believe in walking the walk... ensuring that every action I take leads to real, meaningful change.
Currently, I’m studying for a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Arden University, where I proudly serve as a Student Representative and was recognised as a Standout Student from April to July 2024. I bring both lived experience and academic insight to my work, helping bridge the gap between awareness and action.
I’m also an “Expert by Lived Experience” – using my voice to influence systems, amplify others, and fight for equity in everything from education to healthcare and beyond.
Please note that as someone who is multiply neurodivergent and physically disabled, my ability to respond to enquiries can vary. I kindly ask for up to 3 working days to reply. Also, due to my ADHD, I appreciate clear and direct communication, especially when highlighting key information.
Welcome to The Neuro Inclusion Project... I’m here to help make inclusion real.
