Consulting & System Redesign

An audit tells you what's wrong. This is where it gets fixed.

Consulting and system redesign turns findings- from an index audit, or from problems you already know about - into changed processes, trained teams, and leadership that knows what to do differently.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Four ways the work gets done.

01

Hands-on redesign work

Rebuilding the specific processes, polices or workflows an audit - or your own team - has flagged as broken.

02

Leadership advisory

Working sessions with the people who can actually change how the organisation operates, not just the policy that describes it.

03

Team training & workshops

Delivered where teams need it directly - practical, not generic awareness training

04

Speaking & keynotes

Bringing the wider organisation into the redesign, not just the leadership team commissing it.

WHERE TO START

Two ways in.

FROM AN AUDIT

You've run the Neuro Inclusion Index

Findings hand straight into this phase - priorities already scored, so the redesign work starts exactly where the audit left off.

DIRECT ENTRY

You already know where it hurts

I work with your leadership to fix what the audit found - including training and workshops for your team where useful.

Every engagement is led by Neal Glendenning, personally - from the first discovery call through to implementation. No handoff to a delivery team you haven't met.

WHERE WE ARE

The Index is ready to pilot. I'm currently taking on founding-partner organisations at reduced rates, who help shape the reporting format.

QUESTIONS

What organisations ask first.

Do we need an Index audit first?

  • No - it's the most common starting point, but not required. Some organisations already know exactly where the problem sits.

Is this a fixed project or an ongoing retainer?

  • Scoped per organisation - some engagements are a fixed piece of redesign, others run as an ongoing advisory relationship.

Can we book training without full engagement?

  • Yes - training and workshops can be delivered as standalone piece, though they're most effective informed by audit findings.

What does it cost?

  • Scoped per organisation and per format. Founding partners currently get reduced rates.
