Six domains.
One honest answer: does this organisation actually work for neurodivergent minds?
The Neuro Inclusion Index is a structured diagnostic - confidential staff data, scored findings across six domains, and a report leadership can act on.
Evidence-based • ND-led • Trauma-aware • Organisationally aligned

WHAT IT MEASURES
Not a diversity tick-box.
01
Governance & accountability
Whether inclusion sits inside real decision-making, or live in a policy document nobody reads.

Psychological safety
Whether staff can disclose, ask for adjustments, or flag struggle without professional cost.
03
Leadership practice
How managers actually respond to neurodivergent staff day to day, not what training says they should do.
04
Communication & workflow
Whether processes assume one working style, or genuinely flex for different minds.
05
Enviroment & access
The sensory, spatial and practical conditions staff actually work inside.
06
Policy & lived outcomes

WHERE WE ARE
The Index is ready to pilot. I'm currently taking on founding-partner organisations at reduced rates, who help shape the reporting format.
QUESTIONS
What organisations ask first.
Is staff feedback confidential?
- Yes. Survey and interview responses are never attributed to individuals in the report leadership receives.
How long does an audit take?
- Typically four to ten weeks, depending on organisation size and scope - a pilot on one team can move faster.
What does it cost?
- Scoped per organisation, from a single-team pilot to a full multi-site audit. Founding partners currently get reduced rates.
Can we pilot before committing fully?
- Yes - a single-team or single-directorate pilot is the most common way organisations start.
What happens after the report?
- The findings hand straight into Consulting & System Redesign - phase two, fixing what phase one found.
